Electric Vehicle (EV) is becoming very popular, but the carparks in general are in shortage of AC main power supply for the EV charging facility to be installed at the parking spaces. This project through integration of the different technologies of autonomous robotics, high efficiency battery energy storage system (BESS), and rapid-DC-charging of EV, to innovate with utility function for charging the EV at the parking spaces which has no AC power outlet.

Range anxiety happens often to EV drivers, but if there is always a MOBO rapid charger around, to reduce ones anxiety is just the matter of minutes. After rapidly replenishing an EV, the MOBO charger can return to any location of the building where an AC output is available, to recharge its BESS and get ready for the next EV charging. In this way, a building may not necessary to increase the capacity of its main utility panel, yet still can provide EV charging service.
